These terms govern your use of the Snack Dash mobile game (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

Snack Dash is a free, offline arcade game. It has no accounts, no in-app purchases and no advertising at the time of publication. Features may change as we release updates.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where this is permitted by law
• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark or other ownership notices

4. Fair play

Cheats, bots, modified clients and score manipulation that affect leaderboards or shared rankings are not allowed. Single-player progress stored on your own device is yours to manage.

5. Intellectual property

The App — including its code, artwork, sound, design, name and logos — is owned by the Snack Dash developer team or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that material to you. "Snack Dash" names and marks may not be used without our prior written permission.

6. Your content and feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to improve the App, without any obligation to you. You confirm that any content you send to us does not violate the rights of others.

7. Updates

We may release updates that change, add or remove features, and we may update the App automatically through the app store you downloaded it from. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated version.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Snack Dash developer team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill or device functionality arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim about the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App (currently nothing, as the App is free).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Snack Dash developer team from any claim, demand or damage arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence at any time if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country and region where the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where consumer protection law in your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, nothing in these terms limits them.
