1. Who we are

Snack Dash is a mobile game published by the Snack Dash developer team. Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@snackgame.game.

2. Information the app stores

The app keeps a small amount of data locally on your device so the game works between sessions:

• Unlocked levels, stars and best scores
• Your preferences: sound, music, haptics, tips and reduced motion

This data is written to your device's local app storage (AsyncStorage) under the keys snackdash.progress.v1 and snackdash.settings.v1. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

3. Information we do not collect

• No name, email address, phone number or account of any kind
• No precise or approximate location
• No contacts, photos, calendar or file access
• No advertising identifier and no device fingerprinting
• No usage analytics, crash reports or behavioural tracking
• No microphone recordings — the app plays sound but does not record audio

4. No tracking, no advertising, no third parties

Snack Dash contains no advertising SDKs, no attribution or analytics SDKs and no social media plugins. The app does not sell, rent or share data with third parties, because no data leaves the device.

5. Internet access

The game is designed to be played fully offline. It makes no network requests during normal play, and it works in airplane mode.

6. Children's privacy

Snack Dash is suitable for all ages. Because the app does not collect personal information from anyone — including children — no personal data is collected from children under 13 (or under the equivalent minimum age in your country). If we ever learn that personal information has been provided to us, we will delete it promptly.

7. Data retention and deletion

All gameplay data lives on your device only. It is kept until you delete it. You can remove it at any time by either:

• Using the reset progress option in the app's Settings screen, or
• Deleting the app from your device — this removes the local save data with it

8. Security

Since no personal information is collected or transmitted, there is no server-side database of your data to breach. Local data is protected by the sandbox and security features of your device's operating system.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or the law. The latest version will always be published on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced in the app.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold. Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to export or erase on our side; any deletion you need is done on your own device as described in section 7. You are welcome to contact us anyway and we will answer any request.
